The Ecadia Online information portal is a research project funded in part by the Federated Trading House Bureau of Alien Culture, the Ecadian League of Cultural Preservation, the Roman Ministry of Education, and the Amphipolis University School of Anthropology and Sociology, as well as donations from private institutions. The goal of this portal is to promote a greater understanding and acceptance of culture between mainland Ecadia and Pelleponese through unbiased research, education, and cooperation.

Officially cataloged as STT 4168940-4 in FTH star charts, Ecadia is the fourth planet out from star STT 4168940. It is orbited by three moons, one of which is a class 3 inhabited world. The planet (henceforth referred to as Ecadia) is inhabited by at least seventeen different intelligent humanoid races and innumerable unique species of flora and fauna.

The governments of Pelleponese and the United Europian Bodies have their reasons for having established contact with the Mainland, and whatever those reasons might be, we are all now part of the same planet, and the same planetary culture. If there is to be a true united galactic society, we must strive for cooperation and friendship across the star systems, as well as within our own worlds.
